People constantly compare themselves to peers, neighbors, or colleagues, leading to envy or misplaced priorities. Instead of asking “Is this right for me?” the mind defaults to “How does this compare?” This fuels dissatisfaction because comparisons never end - there is always someone with more, better, or newer.
